About Jenn’s Apartment
Formed in 2014, Jenn’s Apartment is a high-energy Lansing rock band that has performed across Michigan for the past decade. Secondly, they are known for their guitar-driven sound and infectious live performances. The band has played at countless venues around Michigan. These venues include Mac’s Bar, The Loft, and The Avenue. With Roy Kirby (vocals/guitar), Chris Davis (bass), and Justin Pine (drums) at the helm, Jenn’s Apartment has released 69 songs (NOICE!) to date and has built a reputation as one of the hardest-working bands in the Michigan music scene.
Their sound, which blends the nostalgic feel of 90’s alternative rock and early 2000s pop-punk with a modern twist, has made them a standout in both the Lansing rock and Detroit rock communities. Always embracing the DIY ethos, the band’s dedication to their craft is evident in every song and every live show.

Tequila Mockingbird – Started by Joe Yancheson in 2021 as a solo project, Tequila Mockingbird has evolved into a full band known for their emo-inspired sound that keeps audiences singing along and moving all night. Their sound draws influence from bands like Taking Back Sunday and The Get Up Kids. They’ve played all over Michigan, building a growing following that’s eager to see what they’ll do next. The Lithiums – Hailing from Grand Rapids, The Lithiums is a post-pop band that brings catchy hooks, powerful vocals, and captivating performances to the stage. Additionally, their sound blends indie rock elements with pop sensibilities, resulting in a style that’s both familiar and fresh. As they continue to gain momentum in the West Michigan music scene, The Lithiums are quickly becoming a must-see band.
Ritual Suns – With a sound that has been compared to the likes of Soundgarden, Shinedown, and The Black Keys, Ritual Suns combines gritty, swampy blues with soulful rock elements. Their performances are electric and raw, led by Wil Pruitt (vocals/guitar) and backed by Eleu Lopez (drums), Justin Amburgey (rhythm guitar), and Allison Ottjepka (bass). Nick & The Big Dicks – The solo project of Nick Wing, frontman of Lansing’s garage-punk band Dogsneeze. His sound blends his punk roots with the emotional depth of his past involvement in Detroit’s emo scene. Known for dynamic stage presence and emotionally charged lyrics, Nick is sure to deliver a set that fans will love.
