Here at Jenn’s Apartment, we take our merch quality seriously. This includes our refunds and returns policy.
The quick version
- Print-on-demand items (made to order): We can’t take returns for “changed my mind” or “ordered the wrong size,” but we will fix defects, damage, or printing mistakes.
- Items we ship ourselves (like buttons, etc.): Returns are allowed within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Print-on-Demand items
This is fulfilled by our production partner.
Most of our apparel, posters, and some household items are made to order. That means each item is printed just for you after you place the order.
Returns & exchanges for POD items
Because POD items are custom-made, we generally can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Changed your mind
- “I thought this would look different on me”
- “I accidentally ordered 3”
If your POD item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
If something arrives damaged, defective, or the print looks like it got into a fight and lost, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem (and packaging damage if applicable)
Items we ship ourselves
For items we pack and ship ourselves (like buttons and other non-Printful items):
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days if:
- The item is unused
- It’s in the same condition you received it
- It’s in the original packaging (when applicable)
To start a return, contact us with your order number and what you’d like to do.
Return shipping (Print on Demand items)
Unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds
Return/claim approved:
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method
- Timing depends on your bank/payment provider (sometimes fast, sometimes “we swear it’s coming”)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t seen it yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card company (they may take a few days to post it)
- Contact your bank
- Then contact us, and we’ll help
Sale items
Discounted items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged/defective or we made a mistake. Then we’ll fix it.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective/damaged or if we sent the wrong item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Packaging
Sometimes an order may arrive in separate packages if part of it is made-to-order and part ships from us: same order, different paths.
